Eric Rogers has been coaching for 11 years, beginning his career in Thunder Bay Ontario with the Thunder Bay Kings AAA team and Thunder Bay Minor Hockey. He then moved on to the Greater Toronto Area Assistant Coaching for 3 years at the Hill Academy Prep School, and Head Coaching for Pro Hockey Development Group's spring & summer hockey program.  During this time Eric also Goalie Coached for Franco Canadian Goaltending, and Zulie's Goalie Academy. Following this, Eric moved to London Ontario where he worked for 4 years operating Rogers Goaltending around the London Area, partnering with Snipe Academy. During this time, he served as Western University's Goalie Coach for their Women's program. Eric currently scouts for Octagon Sports Entertainment, a company that represents many NHL Talents.
