Shae began coaching in 2012 in Kelowna Minor Hockey before moving on to be an Assistant Coach and handled video duties with the West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL in 2013.  Shae then joined POE as an Assistant Coach with the E15 program for two seasons.  In 2016 Shae re-joined the West Kelowna Warriors as the Associate Head Coach and Assistant GM holding that role for the past three seasons.  In 2016 the Warriors were able to capture the RBC Cup National Championship in Jr A. 

Shae previously played in the inaugural year of the Pursuit of Excellence Hockey Academy prior to playing Jr B with the Kamloops Storm.

Shae joined Pursuit of Excellence in 2018 as the Head Coach of the Bantam Varsity team and in September 2019 Shae became Head Coach of the Midget Prep. This season Shae will once again be taking on duties as Head Coach with our RHA Kelowna U18 Prep team.
